Note also that the python version can't exceed 3.12 which is especially important for those installing this inside a conda environment. Default python3 install will be a newer version and extra args are required to downgrade python versions in conda. |

Numpy version 2 will be installed and will break this package with current documentation. By specifying the latest numpy v1.26.4 (according to their version page) less than 2 during
pip install, there are no errors. This also resolves issue #9
