chore: ignore private.old in .gitignore - #130

`private.old` was excluded only through .git/info/exclude, which applies to this clone alone. Add it next to `/private` so a fresh clone also keeps it out of commits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

.gitignoreに/private.oldを追加します。private.old（private/の旧版）はこれまで.git/info/excludeでだけ除外されていました。この設定はクローンごとのものなので、別の場所にクローンし直すとgit add -Aでコミットされるおそれがありました。確認
git check-ignore -v --no-index private.old private.old/xで、どちらも.gitignore:19の規則に一致することを確認しました。.gitignoreだけの変更で、実行時の動作・テスト・配信物には影響しないため、docs/dev-log/の記録は追加していません。CIの変更判定ではWebジョブが走ります。ローカルでは事前チェック一式を実行しておらず、CIの結果で確認します。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
