Large repo

This repo is about 600MB and takes quite a while to clone. The culprit seems to be many checked in .gifs over time, for example

     5591944 dev/examples/fourbar.gif
     5207776 dev/examples/suspension_halfcar_wheels.gif          
     5206375 dev/examples/fourbar.gif 

I don't think there is a way to slim the repo down without rewriting history, which may be bad, but I thought I would open this anyway.

I think all of those are in gh-pages or jh-pages, which are fine to squash

This repo is more or less discontinued, all new developments are taking place in MultibodyComponents.jl
