Publish Fragment validates and packs with deploy-kit 1.8.0, which adds a scrape's
honorLabels(JorisJonkers-dev/deploy-kit#784). The estate composes with the same minor, and refuses a pin on another one (JorisJonkers-dev/estate#281).
