Summary

Publish Fragment validates and packs every Intent Fragment with deploy-kit 0.23.0. That release adds the VPN attachment, vpn: {forwardedPort} on a Process (JorisJonkers-dev/deploy-kit#471), and sidecars that share the Process's writable paths (JorisJonkers-dev/deploy-kit#499). JorisJonkers-dev/qbittorrent and JorisJonkers-dev/prowlarr declare both, which 0.21.0 refuses.

Testing

npm install in tools/deploy-kit resolves 0.23.0 (sha512-rOmVSQwJn…), and its CLI runs.
