Summary

Publish Fragment validates and packs every Intent Fragment with deploy-kit 0.20.0. That release carries a moving Project's release label in its rendered artifact instead of in the pin source, so a release rolls its pods once instead of twice (JorisJonkers-dev/deploy-kit#487). It also adds internet egress (JorisJonkers-dev/deploy-kit#494) and edge credentials delivered to files (JorisJonkers-dev/deploy-kit#492).

Testing

npm ci in tools/deploy-kit installs 0.20.0 (sha512-EtqAupk7…). With it, deploy-kit validate accepts every project file the estate's release.yml publishes, each with its validate-with paths: platform.intent.yml beside the current delivery, estate-dashboard and auth fragments, plus edge, observability, secrets, data, mail and outline.
