Adds the final schema contract for RP Zed: monotonic snapshot revision/timestamp, deterministic source-entry digest/counts, explicit upstream versus RP package authority, authority-specific initial/final host allowlists, registry/source revisions, revocation/yank state, and deterministic id@version package lookup. RP owns catalog metadata and additions; unchanged upstream archives remain served by Zed's official package authority.
