Hotfix 0.3.3: restore 2-gang curtain subdevice support

Fixes #1517.

Restores ZigBeeDriver inheritance for curtain_module_2_gang, preserving the driver-level Flow routing introduced in 0.3.x. Adds a regression test, bumps the hotfix release to 0.3.3, and updates the Homey changelog.

This draft PR is also used to run the repository's standard validation workflow against the exact release-0.3.3 branch.

Additional 0.3.3 regression fix added for #1389.

The Smart Knob refactor had replaced ZCLNode's node.handleFrame, preventing the newly registered On/Off and Level Control BoundCluster handlers from receiving frames. The raw Color Control compatibility path now wraps the existing ZCL handler instead of replacing it. Changelog and regression tests updated.

Awaiting refreshed CI on the new head.

Superseded by 0.3.4 / PR #1525. 0.3.3 is already in users' hands, so the Smart Knob regression fix will ship as a new patch version rather than silently changing 0.3.3.
