Coding lane · canonical #1298

Two separate literal pair Homey Compose drivers on the new code-only branch:

Shared new isolated standard runtime in contact_lux_hobeian/device.js (second exact profile imports it); listens for IAS zone status/contact + optional battery bit, optional zone enroll fallback, standard illuminanceMeasurement measuredValue and batteryPercentageRemaining. Uses the already-existing Zigbee logarithmic lux conversion from illuminance_sensor/measurements.js, 0xFFFF/invalid filtering, /2 battery conversion, optional separately caught initial reporting configuration for sleepy devices. Lux calibration against real hardware is explicitly pending Test; HOBEIAN raw 33273/max 4000 deserves particular attention. Physical battery cells/count remain unknown, so both dedicated manifests declare OTHER, never retrofitted to an existing battery profile.

Adds mock runtime/manifest/negative matching tests and independent physical acceptance rows; regenerates committed app.json, SUPPORTED_DEVICES.md, 0.4 Test readiness/changelog. Scope is ONLY new drivers/tests/docs/generated manifests/assets copied from existing door sensor Git blobs. No global Zigbee, light or existing driver manifest edit, no 0.3.1 / release Draft #1470 change. Candidate if merged: 149 drivers, 14 new profiles, 28 exact hardware identities for physical testing during public 0.4 Test. Does not assert hardware-proven support.

Refs #1298, #1486, #414, #1469.
