Adds one new device and extends a few existing drivers, based on the latest SDK3.

• Zemismart 6-gang switch (TS0601) — implemented as two 3-gang modules on separate endpoints.

• Add an open/stop/close toggle flow using Tuya standard control datapoints (DP1 enum: 0=OPEN, 1=STOP, 2=CLOSE).
• Rename DP3 arrived → state (percent state) and improve position/logging handling.
• Add manufacturer id _TZE204_r0jdjrvi.

This mixed PR has now been split during the 2026 backlog cleanup. The verified/compatible pieces were selectively adopted onto modernize-2026-issues: _TZ3210_cwamkvua / TS0202 → existing pir_sensor_2, _TZ3000_a37eix1s / TS0004 → existing 4-channel driver, and _TZ3000_empogkya / TS0003 → existing switch_3_gang (so a duplicate zemismart_6gang driver is not needed). The _TZE200_kb5noeto addition was not adopted into radar_sensor: its actual endpoint profile does not match that EF00-based driver. The _TZE204_r0jdjrvi/curtain behavior is also being kept separate for protocol review. Current validation is green. Tracking: #1469, draft integration PR: #1470.
