chore: move episode content to a private workspace; add studio archive - #51

The real episodes, draft scripts, music beds and org assets now live in a private content workspace that runs this checkout as an editable path dependency. This repo keeps the tool, house style, templates and the demo episodes, so it no longer needs Git LFS. - remove the non-demo episodes, scripts/, brand/music and brand/org - drop .gitattributes (LFS and export-ignore rules) and CI's LFS fetch - studio archive <slug>: rclone the master, captions, chapters and thumbnail to $STUDIO_ARCHIVE/<slug>/ - docs: content workspace, sibling-checkout setup, archive command Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Problem
This repo is public, and it held SEP's working content alongside the tool: unreleased episodes, draft scripts, music beds and the WSWS-licensed org assets. #49 moved the media to LFS, but they stayed public.
Changes
scripts/,brand/music/andbrand/org/now live in a private content workspace. It runs this checkout as an editable path dependency ([tool.uv.sources]) and keeps its media in LFS. No code changes were needed for that:ROOT,BRAND,TEMPLATESandLICENSED_FONTSalready resolve correctly from a sibling workspace (tested withstatus,checkandrender --drafton four episodes there)..gitattributes(LFS andexport-ignorerules) is removed, and so is CI's per-episode LFS fetch.require_media()stays, because workspaces use it.studio archive <slug>copiesout/<slug>.mp4,.srt,.chapters.txtand-thumbnail.jpgwith rclone to$STUDIO_ARCHIVE/<slug>/(or--remote), so masters live in cloud storage rather than git. It stops with a clear error if no remote is set, rclone is missing, or there's no final render.getting-started.mdshows the sibling-checkoutpyproject.toml, andcommands.mddocumentsarchive. RELEASING, reels and narration docs no longer refer to the moved files.Follow-up
After this merges, history will be rewritten with
