SPI + Coefficient of Variation with percentile normalisation. 50,000+ daily records (2020–2024). Choropleth with 3D terrain and radar charts — high-risk districts identifiable in under 5 seconds on mobile. Presented internally to DCCMS.

WasteWatch — Waste Management DSS Python · FastAPI · Next.js · DBSCAN · GCP Cloud Run Geospatial decision-support system for Blantyre City Council. 333+ illegal dumpsites mapped. Custom 0–100 risk scoring engine across health, environmental, and volume factors. DBSCAN for skip placement optimisation. FastAPI backend on GCP Cloud Run.

Nimbus Forecast (internal) Next.js · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · Neon Meteorological forecast platform built for DCCMS NMC. Four model sources: YR, ECMWF, GFS, ICON via Open-Meteo. 99 stations, async concurrent ingestion with mutex locking, automated cron. Part of the Monday morning NMC workflow since deployment.

Ascend Spatial Labs Platform Next.js · Mapbox · Clerk · Sanity Company site and client portal for a geospatial intelligence startup. Clerk auth synced to Sanity, webhook retry logic, soft deletes, project visibility states.

Climate Finance in Malawi — BSc Thesis Python · Excel · QGIS · MAXQDA MWK 16B+ analyzed across 48 CCA projects (2018–2023). Found 85% international grant dependency, 65% forestry concentration, 11 underserved districts. Presented to department committee.
