Codex Reset Tracker is a small, evidence-led companion for people trying to understand whether a Codex usage limit event was announced, rolling out, or actually confirmed. It is an independent community project, not an OpenAI product or an official status feed.
- Automatic / global resets — a service-side usage-limit reset that propagates to an eligible group. A promise or rollout notice is not confirmation that every account has reset.
- Banked credits — stored or replacement credit added to eligible accounts. Banked credit is useful, but it is not proof of a global automatic reset.
Every entry should carry a source and one of these evidence states:

Dates, account eligibility, plan, and propagation can vary. The tracker does not promise that a reset will happen for every user or at a specific local time.
The public example below is intentionally compact and contains no account IDs, tokens, analytics identifiers, or private configuration:
