test(cache): verify unicode character keys

Description

Fixes #1394

Adds a test verifying that TTLCache correctly stores and retrieves values using Unicode and emoji characters in cache keys. The test ensures special Unicode characters are handled properly and values remain intact when fetched from the cache.
