This repository contains the core data associated with the research paper: Shallow Quantum Circuits for Deep Chemistry via Valence Bond Embeddings
All results on the article arXiv:2606.26882 can be easily replicated with the scripts here provided. Note that the particular numbers correspond to the butadiene. In order to obtain the proper results, firtst the embeding.py file should be run.
Tools developed for this work can be found on project-sunrise.

Please note that both project-sunrise and frayedends are on alpha version. Therefore slight adaptations to the scripts may be required on a future.
