feat(sidebar): polish project group interactions

Summary

• add a restrained expand/collapse animation for daily and project session groups
• keep collapsed group content inaccessible and reset its inner scroll position after closing
• remove the duplicated native title tooltip from session rows
• update the CDP sidebar scroll verifier for the animated group wrapper

Validation

• npm run typecheck
• npm run lint
• npm run test --workspace @percho/desktop (531 tests)
• node scripts/check-sidebar-group-scroll.mjs (41/41)
• CDP sampled expand/collapse frames and verified 0 ↔ 248px transitions
