Add InfraScan to Multi-Platform Infrastructure as Code Analysis

This PR adds InfraScan to the list of tools in the Infrastructure as Code Analysis -> Multi-Platform section.

InfraScan is an Advanced Infrastructure Auditor developed by SolDevelo that provides comprehensive scans for AWS cost antipatterns, IaC security issues (using Checkov), and container vulnerabilities.

I have read and followed the guidelines in contributing.md:
