El cobro ahora se inicia desde la hoja de acciones de la mesa (grid → "Pedir la cuenta"). El botón dentro de la pantalla de pedido quedó redundante, así que se elimina para dejar un solo camino de cobro.
Se mantiene el banner informativo "Pedido actual · N ítems / $X" en modo agregar.
