Status

Future release-readiness tracker. Detailed scope and certification procedures will be selected after the v0.9 hardening review; this issue carries no release date or assertion of readiness.

Goal

Make the existing v1.0 roadmap bar reviewable before publishing 1.0.

Readiness record

• Reconcile milestone scope, accepted work, and explicit deferrals with the roadmap.
• Link stable migration, recovery, and representative backup/restore evidence.
• Link installed upgrade, clean-install, updater, artifact, and checksum certification for the exact release candidate.
• Link curated regression evidence and major manual workflows without treating a test count alone as sufficient.
• Link keyboard/accessibility and supported window/DPI certification.
• Verify coherent manuscript/submission/decision/revision/version relationships and transparent handling of missing dates in local analytics.
• Verify privacy boundaries, support guidance, license/version declarations, guide, and release notes against the selected release.
• Resolve release-blocking defects and document residual limitations.

This is the public acceptance record for future certification, not a replacement for implementation issues.
