User permission description (rights file)

Hello,

thanks a lot for creating this Unraid template.
I started using it and your instructions on Github were really helpful to get it up and running.

I'm still struggling with the user permissions and can't get them to work.
For example I'm trying to create one admin user that has access to all collections and individual users with their specific access.
Would be great if instructions for rights could be added, how to create the file, where to place it and some recommended settings.

I've honestly never gotten that working myself. That link you posted seems more comprehensive than the Radicale docs examples. I'll take a look and see if I can get something working.
