Summary

Documentation/evidence only; no product, packaging or test code changes.

  • EV-20261003-003 (source_build): first build from merge commit c5ca0ec through the moved specs and output/ paths. Main setup 699C34C3…85FB1 (64,318,343 bytes), add-on 15230011…0563E (48,810,649 bytes, unchanged); both Ed25519 signatures independently verified.
  • EV-20261003-004 (installed_artifact): exact 699C34C3 installed on a clean machine; 91/91 dist files byte-identical, READMEs from .github/ ship correctly, cleanup task/helper/registration consistent; the user's visible checks passed.
  • EV-20261003-005 (installed_artifact): silent uninstall removed every product artefact, including the per-user cleanup task, helper and registration; only user settings and a pre-existing log were kept (silent default).
  • .claude/CLAUDE.md: registry rule corrected. The WindowsApps packaged python could not see HKCU values written by the product, while sandbox-free reg query could; absence is never concluded from one tool.

Evidence boundary

Not exercised: oversized saved window, the Player's own background registration at first launch, and the interactive uninstall data-deletion choices. No tag or release was created.

- EV-20261003-003: first build from merge commit c5ca0ec through the moved
specs and output/ paths; main 699C34C3, add-on 15230011 (unchanged), both
  Ed25519 signatures valid.
- EV-20261003-004: exact 699C34C3 installed; tree byte-identical to the
build, cleanup task/helper/registration consistent, user checks passed.
- EV-20261003-005: silent uninstall removed every product artefact
including the per-user cleanup parts; only user settings and an old log
  were kept by design.
- Correct the registry rule: the packaged python cannot see HKCU values
written by the product; never conclude absence from a single tool.
