Replace legacy MiddleWare solution with a new multi-project layout under src and tests. Adds Authorization.sln and new projects (Authorization.Abstractions, Common, DataAccess, Business, Middleware) plus unit tests and helper libraries. Remove many old MiddleWare project files and source code. Introduce modern GitHub Actions workflows: ci.yml for build/test and release.yml for packing/publishing; delete the previous Abstract.yml and Auth.yml workflows. Update .gitignore to ignore local AI assistant files and expand README with badges and overview.
