• io-classes-1.11, new release of typed-protocols typed-protocols#95 to remove an srp from cabal.project file.

I reverted to update to time-1.15 (currently we use time-1.14). time-1.16 although is published on Hackage, it is not yet testable (time-1.15 is bound to ghc-9.14, ref)
