If there are dashboard builds without ITK_LEGACY_SILENT enabled, then the new cmake warning should need to be added to a CTEST suppression regex.
blasterstill has configure errors. The errors started with the big CMake refactoring PR on Feb 2nd. The driver script is relatively ordinary.I will try updating VXL.

It is similar to the FFTW issue in that it is an External project that provides libraries.

Nightly dashboard has more details. I guess we need to update dashboard scripts to account for new recommendations.
