URLConnect can return undefined results

## Problem

When using [`URLConnect`](https://github.com/Inist-CNRS/ezs/blob/master/packages/basics/src/url-connect.js), if the body stream returns `undefined` No error is thrown and the empty response is returned in the stream, leading to silent errors.
