CI failed on this Dependabot bump (ruff floor 0.17.0 -> 0.17.1): test_lock_floors_are_read_from_project_table asserted `floors["ruff"] == "0.17.0"`. The bump itself is fine (requirements.lock already pins ruff==0.17.1); the hard-coded literal made every floor bump fail without testing the parser any better. The test now compares _read_floors() with a real tomllib parse of [project] dependencies + optional-dependencies, so it keeps checking the parser (and that build-system floors are excluded) through any bump. Lock-vs-floor drift stays covered by test_lock_check_is_clean_on_this_tree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
