Added screen and button layout constants to config.h and refactored main menu button handling in main.cpp to use these constants. Enhanced screen.cpp with UI helper functions, improved button drawing, and added touch support with XPT2046. Updated screen.h and screen.cpp to support modular UI rendering and touch input.
