As we change this file, last_updated should be updated...

Thanks, I wonder, if you had run the csaf_provider with the different tlp settings to get the new files, did it not change the last_updated value? That might or might not be a defect with the provider.

As you already ran the csaf_provider with the reduced tlp setting (as you wrote in csaf-tools/csaf-action#11), I have now removed them manually,
