This pull request includes the completed implementation by Group B (Module 6) for Sprint 4.

  • Coordinator-Side Approval Workflow for Form A.3 is fully implemented.
  • Approval logic: form status updated from "submitted" to "approved".
  • Role-based access enforced for coordinator-only approval actions.
  • Reminder system: daily cron job to email coordinators after 3 days delay.
  • Student notification emails are sent upon successful form approval.
  • System lockdown enforced after approval to prevent edits.
  • Integration tests with Supervisor and Coordinator flows completed.

All changes are tested locally and verified.
Requesting review and merge into the main Sprint 4 integration branch.
