Implemented the route from A2 form to A3, once the student met required hours.

  1. Created an API endpoint in reportController (getStudentProgress)
  2. Updated StudentDashboard to add the A3 form access
  3. Created ProtectedRouteA3 to stop the user from accessing A3 before completing the required hours
