Rewrites the Index Exchange SSP connector against the deals-web-api /v3/deals contract. Surfaces seller_deal_id in list/search, scopes the portfolio summary to the seller, adds filters to import_deals_ssp, supports an IX_API_URL override, and adds a stdio entrypoint. Summary
src/ad_buyer/tools/deal_library/connectors/index_exchange.py) was implemented without access to IX API docs, so field names, enum values, auth headers, and URL paths were invented rather than matching the realdeals-web-api/v3/dealscontract.seller_deal_idsurfacing in list/search, portfolio summary seller scoping,import_deals_sspfilters, and anIX_API_URLoverride for the stdio entrypoint.Test plan
tests/unit/test_ssp_index_exchange.pyandtests/unit/test_mcp_ssp_tools.pypass against the corrected fixture/v3/deals
