[BUG] SWMMVIs crashes

Describe the bug
When running the Bellinge2d model the application attempts to start the run and then crashes with no error message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Bellinge2D model
2. Click analysis
3. Click run
4. Application crashes - no error message

Expected behavior
Simulation begins and results are generated
Simulation engine runs properly with road_culvert.inp

I just tried running this model and the result files were created, but I also got a SWMMVis popup window that repeated the text OMP: Info #276: omp_get_nested routine deprecated, please use omp_get_max_active_levels instead. I did not get this popup message when I tested the next (simpler) example "road_culvert.inp" model.
