Currently, backflow from outfall boundary conditions use the last concentration from respective outfalls. While a very reasonable rule of thumb, sometimes we want that inflow to be zero concentration (e.g., water age tracking). A flag to enable zero concentration for backflow will be useful for those scenarios, e.g., where level is used to generate inflows into a system.
