Update installation guide for Python 3

Hello,

I started to use your product for research purposes. I noticed that to use your Python library correctly, you have to adjust a bit your installation instruction to meet Python 3 requirements:

1. On the system level - install python3-smbus library for Python 3
2. On the Python level - install smbus Python library

I had to make mentioned above adjustments to resolve errors when I was trying to use your test script. What do you think about merging my pull request so that other users wouldn't have to repeat my efforts?

Has this Firmware update you mention above already been released? (if not any idea of its ETA?)

BTW, any chance there could be a micropython firmware available for the HL?
