- Use `uv sync --locked` so a stale uv.lock fails CI instead of being silently re-resolved, matching `yarn install --immutable` on the frontend. - Pin ruff to 0.15.11 (the version already in uv.lock). Formatter output changes between ruff minors, so an unpinned lower bound could red the build on untouched files after a lock refresh. - Add a concurrency group so force-pushes cancel superseded runs. - Add the missing trailing newline in lint.yml.
