chore: take ETHOS beta.6, refresh the team file, and report a deadline that ends a captured start - #248

ETHOS 0.2.0-beta.6 refuses local_verification_command and local_installation_command in .ethos/release.toml; publish now admits the proof Attestation instead of a local command. The repository is bound to the released beta.6 runtime (0ca012761d1c, ROLLBACK beta.5 a4492b26, whose rollback target the identity-scrub proof 8bf13cb2 accepted). `ethos lane repair-paradigm` previewed exactly these two gaps and applied them, removing the [publication] header and its two fields; the peer tables and their git remotes are unchanged, and no tracked file reads the removed fields. A rollback to beta.5 now needs a lane that restores them first. Change gitlab-peer-reconciliation.
The owner's rule for the team file is Claude 5.5 or later, GPT 6.1 or later, and each other vendor's strongest generally available model, judged by the vendor's own notes. A refresh on 2026-11-07 read all eight authenticated catalog surfaces and qualified each new route with an isolated stock Hermes v0.22.7 read_file turn and a tool-free resumed recall: - Tencent HY4 (GA on November 4) replaces HY4 Preview, through DMXAPI over Responses and AIHubMix over Chat Completions, because AIHubMix's Responses endpoint returns HTTP 404 for it. - LongCat 2.5 replaces LongCat 2.5 Preview on DMXAPI. - DMXAPI serves Doubao Seed 2.1 Pro 260915, which Volcengine recommends; AIHubMix and UCloud keep 260628, the newest build they list. - GPT-6.1 Terra adds UCloud. UCloud HY4 missed its gateway deadline, and Mistral Large 4 and Command A+ still return HTTP 400, so those stay out. Plain DMXAPI Terra and Haiku passed but wait for a resumed tool turn, which task 7.1 of command-surface-end-state now requires. Recommendations are unchanged. The research record gains a November 7 section and corrects its V4 Pro note; the team manifest tests follow the new routes; CHANGELOG records the change. Change gitlab-peer-reconciliation.
On Windows a captured child starts suspended, joins its Job, and then resumes. os/exec terminates the child as soon as its context ends, so a deadline inside that window made the start fail with "suspended child has no thread to resume", and Runner.RunStream returned that failure without the deadline. The GitLab peer's Windows job hit this under host load in TestReleaseToolDeadlineLeavesItsParentLive. RunStream now joins the context's error into a failed start, as it already does after Wait. A Windows test cancels the context while the child is suspended, waits for os/exec to end the child, and requires the cancellation together with the start failure. Callers traced: the release tool runner now receives DeadlineExceeded; native credential operations check their own context first and are unchanged. A start that fails while the context is live reports exactly what it reported before. Change start-cancellation.
…tion Task 1.1 is the fix in 6a7e0a3. Task 2.1 is the passing local check b1 at that head, with 95.30% statement coverage. Task 2.2 is PR 248's Verify run, whose Windows job passed internal/platform/process with the new cancellation test and tools/release/construction. Change start-cancellation.

This moves aigw-cli to the released ETHOS 0.2.0-beta.6, refreshes the team file so that each vendor's strongest served model is offered, and makes a captured child's start report the deadline that ends it.
