docs(openspec): accept and archive four delivered Changes - #245

The full ETHOS proof passed at that head (attestation b1c89d29), and the hosted Verify run 42089518296 passed on macOS, Linux and Windows at the same head. Tasks 2.3 and 2.4 are ticked; the Change is ready to archive. Change hermes-verification-isolation.
The fix landed at 4779284 (PR 242). At that head the local quality graph passed, and `go vet` and golangci-lint passed for windows/amd64 and windows/arm64, as 4779284 records. The full ETHOS proof passed there (attestation 2a2893d0). The hosted Verify run 42122419081 passed on macOS, Linux and Windows at the same head, and its Windows job ran internal/platform/process and internal/secret. Tasks 2.1 to 2.3 are ticked; the Change is ready to archive. Change windows-job-assign.

The hosted Verify run 42140647853 passed on macOS, Linux and Windows at the same head. Tasks 2.1, 2.3 and 2.4 are ticked; the Change is ready to archive. Change hermes-gateway-cleanup.
The simplification landed at eb38900 (PR 244). At that head the local quality graph passed with 95.18% statement coverage, and the full ETHOS proof passed (attestation b5613aab). The hosted Verify run 42164616857 passed on macOS, Linux and Windows at the same head. Tasks 2.1 to 2.3 are ticked; the Change is ready to archive. Change adapter-simplification.

hermes-verification-isolation(PR 241),windows-job-assign(PR 242),hermes-gateway-cleanup(PR 243) andadapter-simplification(PR 244). Only OpenSpec files change.
