Let the support AI answer enterprise chats and notify the Enterprise team

Summary

Enterprise customers who opened the support chat got no answer: triage sent every enterprise conversation to the Enterprise team only, and nobody was notified. They now get the same AI first answer as other Cloud customers for setup and connector questions, and the Enterprise team is notified straight away through a mention in the triage note.

Changes

• routeToAssistant no longer excludes enterprise customers or dedicated instances. Billing, bugs, feature requests, sales and email conversations still go only to a person.
• For enterprise conversations, the private triage note mentions the Enterprise team. Libredesk then sends every member an in-app notification and an email, even when the assistant answers first.
• LibredeskClient.addPrivateNote takes optional mentions (agent or team).

• I checked the mention behaviour against Libredesk v2.8.0 (SendPrivateNote → NotifyMention, team mentions expand to all members). The API accepts mentions on private notes.

Deployment modes

• Cloud: behaviour changes as described above.
• Self-hosted: no change. Triage runs only where the Libredesk API key is configured, which is Cloud.
