Triage: NEEDS-CONFIG-VERIFICATION (do not auto-merge)

Breaking changes (0.1.7 → 1.0.0):

  • Major rewrite: action migrated from a Docker action to a composite action with dynamic drone-scp resolution.
  • Execution semantics change: previously ran inside a Docker sandbox, now runs directly on the runner host.
  • Default DRONE_SCP_VERSION bumped to 1.8.0.
  • Inputs (host, username, key, source, target, overwrite) preserved.

Impact on this repo:

  • Used in deploy-cloud.yml for the production deploy. Touching this can break the deploy pipeline.
  • Path globbing/permissions may behave differently because the Docker sandbox is gone.

What needs to happen before merge:

  1. Trigger a manual workflow_dispatch deploy from this branch to a staging/dev target — verify files land at the expected paths with correct permissions.
  2. Confirm overwrite: true still has the same semantics (release notes don't mention changes here, but worth a sanity check).
  3. After successful staged deploy, merge.

Recommendation: keep open until a manual staged deploy validates it. Do NOT auto-merge.
