Removed default values from the bug report template to encourage users to provide specific details.
Updated the feature request template for clarity and consistency.

Converting from issue templates to the new (in preview) issue forms. Added labels to issues for better organization, prefilled titles, mandatory fields, and an agreement at the bottom to help prevent duplicates and make sure issues are in the right repo. If this pull is approved, I can submit a pull request of the final version for your other repos. 😊
