Hanzzel Corp is an independent technical lab focused on building practical AI systems, local automation tools, reproducible experiments, and research-driven software around a core idea:

AI should assist, organize, verify and execute only under human direction.

The goal is not to replace human decision-making, but to build systems where the human remains the final authority while AI becomes a structured technical companion.


Who we are

Hanzzel Corp was created as a public development space for experimental software, automation systems, local AI tooling, NCT-based research, and computational prototypes.

Complex systems should be built as small, connected modules with clear responsibilities, observable behavior, and verifiable execution paths.

4. NCT experimental research

NCT is explored as a phase-based framework for interpretation, context selection, pattern analysis, symbolic repair, and experimental reasoning.

Development principles

Human first

The system assists the human.
The human decides.

Local by default

Local execution, local models, local evidence, and user-controlled workflows are preferred whenever possible.

Evidence over claims

Every experiment should aim to produce inspectable outputs: logs, metrics, screenshots, reports, datasets, or reproducible scripts.

Modular by design

Each module should have a clear purpose, clear inputs, clear outputs, and a verifiable role in the system.

Research connected to software

Research should not stay abstract.
Whenever possible, it should become code, tests, reports, demos, or tools.

Public construction

This is an evolving public construction process.
Each repository is treated as a piece of a larger technical ecosystem.


Current focus

Hanzzel Corp is currently focused on:
