yamllint: skip .venv and .cache like ansible-lint does - #3

Conversation
`yamllint .` from a contributor checkout descended into the documented .venv/ and reported errors from installed third-party packages, so the pre-submit check in CONTRIBUTING.md and AGENTS.md failed locally even when the tracked tree was clean. Mirror .ansible-lint's exclude_paths. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What changed
Adds an
ignoreblock to.yamllintfor.cache/and.venv/, matching the existingexclude_pathsin.ansible-lint.Why
CONTRIBUTING.md sets up a
.venv/in the repo root and then asks contributors to runyamllint .. Without an ignore, yamllint goes into the virtualenv and reports errors from installed third-party packages (97 results locally). So the documented pre-submit check fails even when the tracked tree is clean. CI isn't affected because its checkout has no.venv/.Validation
python3 scripts/qa.py— passedyamllint .— exit 0 (previously exit 1 from.venv/contents); the only remaining output is existingline-lengthwarnings in tracked filesansible-lint— exit 0 (existing warnings only)ansible-playbook --syntax-check(playbooks/site.yml)Tested hardware/OS and commands used: linting only on a Linux (WSL2) contributor checkout with yamllint 1.38.0; no hardware exercised.
