Gracefully handle a NULL value getting parsed into PDFView::LinkToString() so it doesn't crash the application. Also log a message to syslog for diagnostics referring to issue #100. Another fix to the parser should resolve the root cause, but I am also curious if upgrading xpdf would help - the issue may have been resolved in xpdf already.
