Remove accidentally-tracked nexus-upload/ staging dir - #153

The dead nexus-upload/ package (for publishing Silo ON Nexus, now moot) was gitignored; removing that ignore entry caused git add -A to track it. Remove the files entirely so the repo has no Nexus content outside the CHANGELOG record. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

nexus-upload/dir (staging for publishing Silo on Nexus — now moot) was gitignored; removing that ignore entry in the 0.7.3 sweep causedgit add -Ato track it. This removes the files entirely.git grep -i nexus→ CHANGELOG.md only. Re-tagging v0.7.3 at this clean commit.
