Cuts 0.7.2 — bumps all version files and promotes the changelog.

What's in it (post-0.7.1)

• Cloud-synced mods folders (OneDrive / Google Drive / Proton Drive): detected, warned once, handled gracefully; foreign-file detection moved off the UI thread (fixed the launch freeze); projection-provenance cache so deactivating is O(1) instead of re-hashing gigabytes; whole-library select-all confirms first.
• Adopt a dropped-in update from the drawer — the ModHub manual-update flow (Adopt a dropped-in update from the mod drawer #145).
• Find in Library + non-modal drawers (click a mod behind the drawer to switch) (Find in Library; non-modal drawers (click a mod behind to switch) #143).
• Loose-mod parking + Find-in-Browse opens the mod (Park loose mods by filing them; open the mod on Find-in-Browse; center 2nd header row #141).
• Two-row header with a centered second row (Header bar: intentional two-row layout #139).
