Der change macht Sinn - im Ticket ist jedoch konkret die Uhrzeit gefragt daher würde ich das Ticket offen lassen bis wir tatsächlich den Regex definiert haben |

Uhrzeit ist laut neuen Erkenntnissen der Kardinalitäten nur beim Intensivtransferencounter relevant -> sobald der Kommentar gelöscht wurde können wir mergen
