I have question about how can I make the config file by myself, I have tried the example_config.txt file for the mESC sprite data generate by you lab, but many of the reads are marked [ NOT_FOUND ]. After filtering by filter_all_tags.py, only about ~30 reads have kept.

Hi, I meet a similar issue that DNA-RNA SPRIT barcode for mmESC seems not complete in example_config.txt file, and I can't find RPM tag in this file, can you provide a complete config tag file for me
