Notes:

• There is no toggle to reenable the notification. I would keep it that way as I think it's probably useless

Also tried reinstalling play services / wiping the snapshot of the emulator.

I just updated Play Services to 26.24.34 (the same as on my phone) and playstore to 52.0.21-31.
But sadly callerPkg is still wrong...

Would it be possible to go ahead with this PR even tho it can't be fully tested on the emulator? I'd need to remove the hardcoded Gardenscapes but apart from that I believe it's ready to be reviewed. (Unless of course you have an idea on how to fix this bug completely)
