v13: Accessibility action to copy message details not working

What happened?

After installing version 13, I have seen this text in the release notes:

Copying message details is available as an accessibility action

However I can't get this action to work.

When browsing messages inside a conversion each message is split to two accessiblity nodes focusable with a screen reader. One is the actual message content, the other is date time with sim card name.

For me talkback does not offer accessibility actions no matter which of these is focused.

I'm sorry however I am unable to get this to work with version 14, or I am missunderstanding how this is supposed to work.
Other accessibility related improvement in version 14 is that sender indicator now has text description. That is working fine. However no matter if the indicator merget with the message content or the date is focused with a screen reader running no actions are reported as being available.

Illustrative steps:

• Open the SMS MMS app
• Press the Start chat button
• Pick a random contact
• When conversation window shows up write the word "Hello" into the text entry field and press Send button.
• Use the screen reader gestures (e.g. swipe left or swipe right) to browse over the controls in the window.
• Stop when message content or message date is reported
• Either use screen reader menu flick up then right, or three fingers tap to discover the actions.

Note:

When in list of conversations there is Show conversation actions for control for each conversations in the list which it-self has an accessible action and it's reported as accessibility action so my understanding is that my usage of a screen reader is correct.
