Finishing up SIGMOD submission

all authors enter conflicts in system
find & fix correctness bug
evaluating vs GraphOne
cleaning codebase/ preparing for reproducibility

Future assorted things that would be nice:

fixing the on-disk postprocessing. tyler suggests making sketches accessible via file.
revisiting multithreaded postprocessing
testing the illegal version - speed, size, correctness ** we need an explanation for why this seems to be doing ok. note that it can't always work due to the lower bound. maybe different graphs will break it?
